Individual Golfer
$450*
Get ready to tee off for a great cause! Being held for the first time, this annual fundraising event is designed to spread awareness of this life-saving surgery and support UOAA’s vital programs for the ostomy community we serve.
Join us for an unforgettable day on the greens at the beautiful North Shore Country Club located at 500 Shore Road in Glen Head, New York. Nominated as one of America’s Best Classic Courses, North Shore Country Club is nestled on secluded rolling hills overlooking the Long Island Sound, just 25 miles from New York City.
Combining the excitement of a golf competition with the satisfaction of supporting a worthy cause, you’ll have the opportunity to meet others who have the same passion for supporting those living with an ostomy or continent diversion, including fellow colleagues, members of the ostomy community, ostomy-related company representatives, and business owners.
*Golf pricing includes 1-Round of 18 Holes, Cart, Caddie, Brunch and Dinner
This fun-filled day will include a Hole-In-One Contest, Closest to the Hole Competition, Purchasable Mulligans, “Beat the Pro” Competition, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, Silent Auction, Raffle and Awards. Below is the schedule of how the day will ‘play’ out!
