This year Girls With Guts is hosting its fourth and fifth fully sponsored New Attendee Retreat. If you are new to GWG and/or newly diagnosed this is the event for you. It will be held on May 12-14, 2023 at the Trout Lake Retreat Center in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

The New Attendee Retreats introduce women who’ve never attended a GWG event before and focuses on creating relationships through activities and bonding, which help women handle the emotional toll of IBD. Over the course of a weekend, women create friendships and learn about different ways to improve their lives emotionally, mentally, and physically.
